This Refund Policy applies to Brusain Developers booking deposits (₹5,000 developer work — including a custom invoice generator — and ₹999 themes or digital invitations) and to Brusain Advocate PDF Solution and All in one MCP coder licences. It sits with the Terms of Use. Paying a booking or buying a PDF or All in one MCP coder key is acceptance.

Only the booking amount is in scope (₹5,000 for websites, mobile apps, Windows software, a custom invoice generator, and enterprise PDF branding; ₹999 for Windows themes, mobile themes and digital invitations). Remaining project fees, print runs and extra work are quoted separately and are not refunded under this ladder.
At most 50% of the booking amount can ever be refunded. The other 50% is retained for the reserved slot and administration. Razorpay (or other gateway) fees charged on the original payment are not added back by Brusain.
A custom invoice generator uses the same refund rules as other ₹5,000 software bookings (websites, mobile apps, Windows desktop programs and enterprise PDF branding). Windows themes, mobile themes and digital invitations use those same rules on the ₹999 booking.
If you cancel, the maximum refund of the booking is:

Examples on a ₹5,000 developer booking: within 24 hours, up to ₹2,500; after 24 hours, up to ₹2,000; after 48 hours, up to ₹1,500; after 48 days, ₹0. On a ₹999 theme or digital-invitation booking: within 24 hours, up to ₹499.50; after 24 hours, up to ₹399.60; after 48 hours, up to ₹299.70; after 48 days, ₹0.
The ladder is a ceiling. The actual refund is also subject to how much work has already been done on the request. If design, copy, code, mock-ups or print-ready files have started, Brusain may pay less than the time-based maximum, or nothing, so that completed work is not given away. If the job is already delivered, there is no booking refund.
Brusain Advocate PDF Solution has a 7-day trial. All in one MCP coder has a 1,000,000-token (1000k) trial, not a 7-day clock. Both exist so you can test before paying. Once a licence is purchased, there is no refund on that licence amount — 1 year, 2 year or 3 year. Keys are licensed, not sold as boxed goods. Duplicate charges or a key that cannot activate on a genuine licensed PC after a Windows restore are handled as support: email name, mobile and System ID and we restore the same key when the System ID matches our ledger.
Where Indian consumer law requires a different outcome, that law applies.
Studio bookings (websites, apps, themes, invitations): email sales@brusain.com. PDF and All in one MCP coder licences: email sales@brusain.com. Include the Razorpay payment id, full name, mobile, what you booked, and why you are cancelling. Do not send case PDFs or unrelated files. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method. Time is counted from the Razorpay payment timestamp.
