Brusain Developers
These Terms of Use govern Brusain Developers, brusain.com, custom websites, mobile apps, Windows desktop software, Windows and mobile themes, digital invitations, booking deposits, Brusain Advocate PDF Solution, and GKJ_Coder. Last updated: 13 September 2026. Using the site, paying a booking, accepting cookies, or downloading a PDF or GKJ_Coder trial is acceptance.

Brusain Advocate PDF Solution is licensed, not sold. A standard key is one Windows 10 / 11 PC. These Terms of Use do not transfer copyright in the code, brand or BA PDF Solution logo. Enterprise custom naming is a branded build of the same licensed product; copyright stays with Brusain Developers unless a written assignment says otherwise.
Brusain Developers takes custom work against a booking paid through Razorpay: ₹5,000 for websites, mobile apps, Windows software, a custom invoice generator, and enterprise PDF branding; ₹999 for Windows themes, mobile themes and digital invitations. The booking reserves a slot and is applied to the final invoice. It is not a full project fee. Scope, timeline and remaining amount are confirmed by email after the brief. Unless we agree in writing, source for a custom website, app or desktop program is delivered as specified in that email; Brusain Developers may reuse generic libraries and know-how.
You must not send illegal briefs or third-party IP you do not have the right to use.
Booking refunds (developer ₹5,000 and ₹999 theme or digital-invitation bookings) follow the Refund Policy. At most 50% of the booking amount may be refunded, and that cap is reduced further by work already done:
Once a Brusain Advocate PDF Solution or GKJ_Coder licence is purchased, there is no refund. The same rule applies to both products.
Theme packs are licensed for your own devices or your own published app/site. Booking starts at ₹999 on the themes page. You may not resell a Brusain Developers theme as a stock pack unless the order email says you may. Themes are visual skins; they do not include the Advocate PDF source.
Start 7-day trial downloads a limited Windows PDF app after you tick Privacy and Terms. The PDF trial does not restart on reinstall. Edit and Security stay locked. The first 50 pages of each trial output stay clean. GKJ_Coder is different: its trial is 1,000,000 tokens (1000k), not 7 days. Buy a key takes you to this website to choose 1 / 2 / 3 years, enter name, mobile and email, and pay. Paid time starts at first activation. Do not share keys.
A cookie bar asks you to Accept non-essential cookies (Google Ads on /blogs/ pages only) or to keep Essential only. That choice is consent under the DPDP Act, 2023 for the cookies described in the Privacy Policy. Essential cookies and local storage needed to run the site do not need a separate marketing consent. The AdSense script is not loaded on non-blog pages. You may change the choice from Cookie settings in the footer.
Provide only the information the form or app asks for. Do not send extra personal data, court PDFs, identity documents, passwords, or other people’s information. Extra sharing is not recommended. Brusain shall have no responsibility for extra data you volunteer beyond the requested fields, including if it is lost, forwarded by a mail system, or stored on a host Brusain does not operate, except where Indian law expressly requires otherwise.
Placing an order is consent that Brusain may use AI tools to process the request (drafts, layouts, copy, summaries). Do not include private or personal details you do not want processed by AI or published in a deliverable. Third-party AI services run on their own servers; Brusain is not responsible for their independent collection or a leak on those servers. The order form’s AI checkbox is the consent record for this processing under the DPDP Act, 2023.
Payment gateways, ads, analytics, plugins, hosting (including Hostinger), Google services, CDNs and other third-party apps are not Brusain. They process data on their servers under their terms. Brusain is the data fiduciary only for personal data it collects. Brusain is not responsible for third-party collection, misuse, outage or data leak on servers it does not operate, and these Terms do not make Brusain liable for a plugin, ad network, host incident, OS or browser, except where the IT Act, SPDI Rules or DPDP Act expressly impose a duty Brusain failed to meet for data it controls.
The program is a PDF utility, not legal advice and not an advocate–client relationship with Brusain. Do not use it to break others’ rights. Blog articles at /blogs/ remain as originally published and are not a live product manual.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction. If a court strikes one clause, the rest of these Terms of Use still apply.
Updates: we may change these Terms of Use for new builds. Continued use after the date at the top is acceptance. The desktop app may show a license summary that sits under these Terms of Use, not instead of them.
Liability: the software is a PDF utility. Brusain is not responsible for court deadlines, e-filing portal caps, or a missed page in a paper book. Take backups. Verify output. These Terms of Use cap claims to the amount paid for the current term where the law allows.
Assignment: if the product is acquired, these Terms of Use transfer to the buyer of the software, brand and domain. Your key still runs for the paid term.
